• Acceptance of Terms: By downloading or using iRealms (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
• No Warranty: The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Bee Evolved LLC and its contributors make no guarantees regarding reliability, security, legality, or fitness for any particular purpose.
• User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for how you use iRealms. The App enables local, peer-to-peer connections (e.g., via Bluetooth). You are responsible for any content you share, the peers you connect with, and compliance with local laws and platform rules.
• Privacy & Connectivity: iRealms is designed for local connections and does not require internet access for nearby discovery and sessions. The App does not transmit your data to Bee Evolved LLC servers. Device-to-device communication is ephemeral and user-initiated.
• Security: While iRealms aims to facilitate safe, local connections, no technology is perfectly secure. You acknowledge the risks inherent in wireless communications and agree to take reasonable precautions (e.g., only connecting with trusted peers).
• No Liability & Indemnification: Bee Evolved LLC, its officers, employees, affiliates, contributors, and licensors shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to:
  • Loss of data or device issues;
  • Unauthorized access by third parties you choose to connect with;
  • Service interruptions or unexpected behavior;
  • Regulatory, tax, or other legal consequences.
  You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bee Evolved LLC and contributors from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use or misuse of the App.
• No Professional Advice: iRealms does not provide legal, financial, tax, or security advice. Consult qualified professionals where appropriate.
• Updates & Changes: Features may change or be removed without notice. Bee Evolved LLC may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
• Governing Law & Venue: These Terms are governed by the laws of Bee Evolved LLC Jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in Bee Evolved LLC Jurisdiction.
